I’m not going to lie, beauties. There’s a slight pride of accomplishment when someone says, “You look so good! What are you doing?!” I’m now feeling better in my own skin than I was prior to having my baby girl! Reaching a healthy goal is something all women should be proud of! Especially because when you show that it is possible to make a lasting change, it inspires others to do the same! So, what am I doing?

I’m not working out. As shocking as that may seem, working out is actually the next goal on my list. I AM being consistent, however. In a previous blog post, I wrote about how consistency is a quality that applies to all aspects of life. Whether you have career goals or health goals, consistency is what delivers the results. So, what am I consistent with when it comes to my health? 

I think I can thank the majority of my postpartum weight-loss to drinking a lot of water throughout the day. This is one of the simplest and do-able changes you can make today! Don’t stress yourself out with giving up the things you think you love just yet. Just add drinking more water to your daily routine!
