If you’re a beauty-preneur, beauty school student, or seasoned beauty professional looking for a way to add more services to your repertoire, this blog post is for YOU! Today, we’re excited to share all about the Luxe Lash Masterclass!
July 13th and 14th, we’ll be hosting the Luxe Lash Masterclass right here in Richmond, VA at Quirk Hotel! This two-day comprehensive workshop will be unlike any other lash intensive. Rather than just slideshow lectures and mannequin practice, you’ll also receive hands-on training and the chance to practice on live models guided by our Owner and Founder, Arielle Davis. Plus, you’ll get all the business tips and learn what it takes to become a successful Lash Artist. Here’s what you can expect:
Day 1
Day One will start with coffee and refreshments, of course! We’ll make sure you’re fueled and ready before diving into Luxe Lash Theory 101 with owner or Luxe Lashes, Arielle.
Once we go through the theory of lash application, troubleshooting, and removal, we’ll break for lunch, then have hands-on practice for the rest of the day. On this day, we’ll be providing mannequins for you to practice before we bring in models for Day Two! You have to crawl before you walk, right?
Day 2
On Day Two, we’ll start with more question and answer time with Arielle. She’ll be covering Re-lashing and Removal as well as the business of lashes. This is so important, beauties! We want to send you home with all the knowledge you need to become a profitable, successful lash artist. Whether you’ve been in the beauty for years or just breaking in, you’re sure to learn something new!
After our lunch break, it will be time for live model practice! This is something we have found to be so lacking in beauty workshops. It’s one thing to practice lashes on a mannequin and a whole other thing to work on a real person! Arielle and our team of lash experts will be right by your side to make sure you’re mastering the technique.
Once everyone is finished, the experts will review your work, and we’ll have plenty of time for questions and answers before our final task. We hope you’ve paid attention the past two days, beauties, because there WILL be a test! We’ll finish off Masterclass with a final multiple choice exam to make sure you’re fully mastering these skills. No pressure — we’ll go over the answers together!
Finally, we’ll send you off with a little surprise and a whole lot of new skills!
What to Bring
The best part about Luxe Lash Masterclass is that you don’t need to physically bring a thing! We’ll provide everything you need to practice your new skill . . . or master an old one! All you need to bring is your positive attitude and willingness to learn!

Luxe Lash Masterclass is open to anyone from experienced professionals to beauty school students Like our founder Arielle says, “You’re never too young to build an empire and you’re never too old to chase a dream.” If you’ve been wanting to master lashes or just give them a try, this is the class for you!
